A 5th generation Montanan, Austin grew up on his family farm and ranch outside Culbertson. He received his undergraduate degree from Montana State University-Bozeman and his law degree from the University of Montana. Austin served two-terms as the Speaker of the House of Representatives. He spent nearly a decade in private practice before being elected Roosevelt County Attorney. Austin and his wife, Christie, have 3 children, Leah, Connor and Reagan.Learn More
